Prageeth is yoga teacher that is fascinated by its philosophy, history, and progression to the modern Western world. During the 2021 lockdown, a small group of culturally diverse yoga teachers banded together to explore the complexities of decolonisation, cultural appropriation, capitalism, inclusivity, and safety within modern yoga offerings. The output was Moral Flowcharts for Modern Yoga, an evolving text that is now in its second version with three additional flowcharts from last year. It is open-source, so suggested edits, deletions, and new flowchart contributions are welcome. An electronic copy can be found online.

Outside of yoga philosophy, Prageeth works in energy sector decarbonisation, is passionate about food and cooking, and loves to climb rocks.
