A water-woman’s zine made by the community, for the community. Betty brings words, art, photography and other creative pursuits together in a celebration of ocean and surf culture.

The name Betty comes from slang for surf and skater girls, and we’re proud of how much we contribute to the culture. There’s so much variety to enjoy- from the badass athletes to mellow doodlers- but united by the love and wonder of mama nature and the community she brings together.

Women from all waves of life grace our pages and share their stories and, most importantly, stoke. We’re joyful, honest and most importantly, made with love.
