“Hi! I am Noey. Recently, I do art as a hobby. I just enjoy making art and craft.

I graduated from art school in 2021. Unfortunately, it was happened only online, no exhibition. Zinefest is a GREAT opportunity to RE-present my artwork to the public. My zine is a collection of my final project at art school called, ‘Feel Me’, an abstract sculptural painting. ‘Feel Me’ was a project that I developed art out of an interest in the connection between texture and temperament. I was conscious of the anxiety during the pandemic situation. Abstract art allows the mind and body felt relief as art therapy.

This project was my first time making abstract and sculptural art. It was a challenge for me to explore my feelings through colour, material and movement. Techniques, tools, and materials had inspired by the work from Bram Bogart and Claudia Jowitt. Please support their works, SO INCREDIBLE! As ‘Feel Me’ allows the audience to participate with art as a gentle form of a touch of dimensional painting.”
