People Against Prisons Aotearoa (PAPA) is a prison abolitionist organisation working for a fairer, safer, and more just Aotearoa. Completely volunteer-run, we fund our prisoner support, penpal network, parliamentary advocacy, research and outreach entirely from fundraising, donations, and selling zines and other merch.
