Megan & Ruth

Megan uses watercolours and digital art to create moody, magical, comforting illustrations. Her work focuses on building interesting worlds where characters go about their everyday lives, both magic and mundane. Her illustrated zines include ‘Witch Light’, ‘Lightkeeper’, and ‘Paprika’. Ruth / its-dickinson is a digital artist passionate about creating striking character art, moody concept art and thoughtful lineart. Her illustrated zines include “we’ll talk over tea,” which explores little worlds in teapots and teacups; featuring storms, forests, pirates and other adventures in the palm of your hands. “In the moonlight,” ponders how to change your world for the better, exploring queer themes through a fantasy lens and a gay werewolf protagonist. Inspired by fantasy, queer characters and media, its-dickinson adores painting characters, designing detailed clothes and experimenting with exciting lighting in her work.
